This chip is a buck converter for the PP3V3_S5 & PP5V_S3 power rails, as well as an LDO for the PP5V_S5 rail. It is often placed on the corner of the board making it susceptible to liquid damage & death.
If you are missing SMC_PM_G2_EN or PM_SLP_S4_L, troubleshoot that before replacing this chip!
Please also check that this is the proper chip for your logic board.
